Women account to 48.5% of the entire population in India.  And undoubtedly, empowerment of women will give new workforce for the society which will further drive the economy of the country.

There are several Government and Non-Government initiatives to train and develop women on various skills that create employment opportunities. In addition, training life skills and literacy are provided.
